East Anglian Young Friends Event

Venue: Bury St. Edmund's Meeting House

This is an exciting opportunity for a day of fun and connection, with the aim of helping to grow and strengthen a community of Young Friends across East Anglia.
As part of the planning, we’re keen to centre the voices of young people themselves . If you know of any young people who might be interested, we’ll be holding a Zoom planning meeting on Sunday Feb 8th at 5:00pm specifically for young people. This will be an opportunity for them to not only help shape the day, but also to meet other Young Friends from across the area in advance, and to get to know the adults who will be involved in supporting the event.
If any young people would like to take part in this planning meeting, please ask them (or their parent/carer) to contact me to register for the Zoom link.
Once the details of the day are fully planned, we’ll send out full publicity for you to share more widely.
With thanks, and in friendship,
Jenny

Billericay Shared Lunch and Discussion

Venue: Billericay Meeting House

"Prayer is an exercise of the spirit, as thought is of the mind."  This quote from Quaker Faith and Practice suggests that for the best solution of every problem, the best carrying out of every action, both thought and prayer are necessary.  Do we incorporate prayer into our daily routines?  Join our discussion about how we live out our faith.
